What is your Returns Policy for orders sent to the UK?

For our International returns policy please click here. If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch so we can get this sorted for you.

Do you want to return something? No problem! Returns are FREE for UK customers.

    You can return any item for a refund within 28 days of receiving your original order.

    You can also exchange your item within 28 days, as long as the new item has the same product code as the original product you ordered. If you want to exchange for a different colour, the price of both colours must be the same as the price at which you bought the original product.

Aerosols, liquids, perfumes and batteries can only be returned via our Collect + or door stop collection. These items returned should be in their original condition.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Do you want to return something? No problem!

    You can return any item for a refund, within 28 days of receiving your original order. If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
    If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

    Did you order from Marketplace? If so, please contact the seller directly for return address and instructions.

How can I pay for my order?

You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.

We also take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer.

To add your card details, just login to your account and scroll down to the ‘Wallet’ section. From here, you can add your payment details and save them to your account. When you come to pay for your order, you can select one of your saved payment methods to pay for your order.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. It's also worth checking if there's any local delays in your area - just click here.

You’ll be able to follow your order if it’s been sent with a trackable service. To check this, all you need to do is log into ‘My Account’ and view your order. If the status shows ‘Track This Order’, just click the link and you’ll be able to follow your parcel. If the status shows ‘Shipped’, your order has been sent with your local postal service and isn’t trackable.

Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order.

I'm a UK customer. Have you received my returned items?

It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.

We'll send you an email as soon as we've completed your return, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed. This is usually within 1 working day of receiving your return into our warehouse.

Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, depending on your payment method issuer.

If you've returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow 24 hours for all your returns to be completed.
